|Recommended: YesI Love It — My unit and its location is comfortable, quiet, and cozy. It's great to come home from a long day at work and relax in a home that is welcoming, airy, and trouble-free. It's a perfect location that is great for children and adults alike. Aside from an occasional house spider, I haven't had any issues with other unwanted critters. The staff offers world-class customer service, even when I had a million and one questions Michelle rocks , they were answered without any hostility or attitude. I never felt like a burden and that made me feel important, which is greatly appreciated.
Service requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance does an exceptional job of satisfying the requests and providing follow-up on the work that was done.
Overall, I am pleased thus far with my unit and I would recommend Gray Haven Townhomes.

|Recommended: YesSix Year Update — Shortly after getting married we choose Gray Haven to further expand our family. Six years, four kids two of which have only called Gray Haven home and two dogs later, we couldn't be happier Our three bedroom home with a large back yard has continued to comfortably accommodate our ever expanding family. All of the staff, including maintenance, have taken the time to know us by name, and continue to surpass all of our expectations. We couldn't be happier to submit our six year update at Gray Haven.
|Recommended: YesNice Community Family Friendly — Moving from another state - the Leasing Office Staff were BEYOND helpful and courteous through my transition. Any issues I've had - they were quick to respond to all of them. I live on an end of townhomes and it's so quiet - I forget I'm part of a group
|Recommended: YesNice Family Oriented Community — The homes are nice and the staff is great to work with. We had a 2 bedroom townhouse and needed a 3 bedroom. The manager worked with us and helped us find what we needed. I'm very happy that I chose Grayhaven when we moved back to Dundalk.
|Recommended: YesGreat School — Its great if people would keep yards clean and cut there grass. Bear creek elementary is a GREAT SCHOOL, a lot of kids whice my kids love. Great place highly recommend this neighborhood if u want to live in Dundalk.
|Recommended: YesNice. — The management is nice and friendly. As soon as you put in a work order. If they can fix it within 24 hours, it's fixed. If it can't be fix they will tel you what's wrong and how long it will take to fix the problem. But the are are on the problem ASAP.

They are always willing to do everything in their power and in a timely fashion to make sure your needs are being met. The maintenance crew are really nice and are quick on all their repairs and make sure you're satisfied with their work. I would recommend this development to any one.

|Recommended: YesI Love It Here !!! — living here at Grey Haven is pretty awesome , I love the peace and quite. I love that my children can play outside and I'm not worried. I love the feel of having my own home, I can garden and entertain. the staff are very friendly and they get the job done every time I have a maintenance issue. I love Grey Haven because I really don't have any maintenance issues which means they take great care of there community. and with great residents we all work together to keep it beautiful.
|Recommended: YesGreat Community!! — The community is quiet and close to everything. Great schools in the area. Staff is alway courteous. Maintenance can get overwhelemed with alot of little things, but they are always on top emergencies.
