|Recommended: YesClean, Quiet, Friendly , Safe, Family Friendly — We have lived here for a year and its the nicest placed we have lived. All the neighbors are friendly, the homes are clean and a perfect fit for a family. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, even thou there are alot of kids around by 7 pm its quiet. Even when the kids are out its not very noisy. The staff are always polite and attentive. We have referred friends and they live here now and we plan on staying for awhile. Also the schools are GREAT

|Recommended: YesHome Is Your Castle — This is my second year living at Gray Haven Townhomes. I love my little house it s like your getting and home living experince without owning a home. Staff is always so polite when I come into the office. Maintenance is great especailly Carl he fixes things you didn t even report. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

|Recommended: YesI Have Lived Here For 4 Years... I Love It — I have lived here for 4 years. I have never had to rent before so the experience was daunting at first. Barbara and the office staff made it so easy. They were so friendly and sincere. Through the years, they have worked with me in getting minor things fixed. When the hot water heater had a problem they were immediately concerned and spared no expense in getting the problem resolved quickly and professionally. The community is quiet and I have had no problems with any neighbors. I love living here. Thank you everyone for making this a home

|Recommended: YesI Love My Gray Haven Townhome — I would definitely recommend Gray Haven Townhomes. I have just recently moved in and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The rental staff Dena and Barbara are wonderful very professional and friendly. I am glad I chose Gray Haven for my home for many years to come.
|Recommended: YesMoving Back — Lived in Dundalk for years and Grey haven is a wonderful place, friendly and well kept. Just like owning your own home feel to the place. Had to temporally move due to unforeseen circumstances, no place compares....I'm moving back in May.....this is the place to live.
|Recommended: YesI Wish The 2-Bedrooms Had A Pantry — I love having lot's of stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is quite for the most part. Also enjoy the around town notices, gives me something to consider for the weekend.
|Recommended: YesMy Thoughts And Opinion — My wife and I have been living at Grey Haven for one year now and have no complaints at all.Whenever we have needed assistance or repairs to our town home the employees have been very ready and willing to do whatever it takes to rectify any problem we encounter. Everyone is very pleasant and courteous at all times.We find living here a very pleasant experience.
|Recommended: YesGray Haven Townhomes Great Place To Live — I have been living here @ Grayhaven Townhomes for 2 years. And I couldn't ask for a better place to live. The management is great and Maintenance is great. Everybody is really great here. If you have a problem Management will do everything in their power to help you with situation. God willing I will be here for a long time. Barbara & Dena are great. Thank you Gray Haven for allowing me to make this property my home.
|Recommended: YesLove This Place! — I have lived at Grayhaven for about three years now and I LOVE it! The maintenance crew is great. Whenever I've had to call they showed up promptly and took care of the problem. The ladies in the office are always nice, and very friendly. Grayhaven is a great place to live if you have kids. There are so many, but the great thing is these parents have a handle on their kids. At like 8pm fall, winter, spring or summer the neighborhood becomes quiet. Kids in Grayhaven have a curfew. There might be some teens hanging, but even there respectful and not rowdy. I've never lived in an area that had so many kids, but there are no traces of them after a certain time. Even the dogs are good at not barking all night. Grayhaven is clean! I've actually seen the maintenance crew walking around and picking up trash. I've never had any issues with any of my neighbors. I feel comfortable when my 7 year old goes outside and plays, and the elementary, middle and high school are all in walking distance. People celebrate holidays! I really love this community. I could go on and on. I have friends and family that hate their neighborhoods. I lucked up!
|Recommended: YesLove It!! — i love my house and have not had any issues with the neighbor hood anytime you need maintnace they are very easy too get ahold of.As well as the office staff are always very kind profesional and respectful and care for you and not just your money i plan on stayin in my home for a couple of years:)
