|Recommended: YesBest Neighborhood We've Lived In — This is probably the best neighborhood we've lived in. Our neighbors are lovely people, very nice. The area is clean, safe, affordable and pleasant. The maintenance staff for the property is always prompt, friendly, and efficient.

|Recommended: YesThanking Karl For Great Service Yesterday — I wanted to let management know that Karl did a beautiful job not only fixing the sink bracket and replacing the hardware, he also finished off the work that wasn’t completed by an outside contractor. In addition, he offered to re-paint my window sill that had gotten discolored over the past four years. He was prompt, thorough, very knowledgeable and just a really nice gentleman Karl, thanks for a great job yesterday

|Recommended: YesThis Is A Great Community. Very Good — This is a great community. Rent is decent for 2 bedrooms. This is a nice area. Neighbors are nice. Cheryl was the one who arranged for me to get this place and she is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

|Recommended: YesEasy Move In Process — We were nervous about moving during COVID-19 but everything we really smooth. We had no problems. The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew are all super friendly. I don’t have to wait long if I need anything taken care of inside my home. Gray Haven has been a wonderful place to live.
