|Recommended: YesNot Bad But Needs Some Work — Quite neighborhood. Decent backyard and parking. The inside could use some updating but not bad for the price and area. Have lived in area for 4 years in December.

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff — I like the area it is clean and when I have a maintenance issue it is addressed in a timely Manor. The Staff is great they are always willing to help with whatever my needs are. I've been here since 2015 and I think it's great.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff — I would really like to say Grayhaven has the best maintenance men. Luis and Anthony go above and beyond what they are supposed too. They help me with little things when I see them outside. I am very happy to live here and know I can count on them for help when I need.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Call Home — You hear all of the crazy things about a town and it makes you think twice about moving there. Since we have been in our new home it has been wonderful. The staff are professional, but make you feel welcome and at home with every conversation, even before I even signed the lease and every conversation since. The neighborhood feels like a neighborhood, very family friendly. We moved in right before the 4th of July and were able to enjoy fireworks just by walking down the street. I am very glad we decided to move here.

|Recommended: YesI Love Gray Haven — I grew up here from birth till 13. The neighbors are a bit loud between the dirt bikes and fires they have in a wheel barrow burning cardboard flys everywhere and my neighbor Steven Feldman and I witness the same male neighbor shooting birds with a pellet gun in the alley. Other than the male neighbor the company he has and some minor fixes that still need to be done we're very happy here.

|Recommended: YesFirst Full Month — Our neighbors play loud music at all hours of the day and night, very disrespectful and we can’t do anything about it. The area is very nice and quiet other than that. Wind has blown trash into our yard but that’s not a big deal. Besides the neighbor to our left, I look forward to the next year here Love the space as well.

|Recommended: YesIts Home — It's a really nice complex, and great staff. In the time that I've lived here l, I've only had to call maintenance one time, but they were at my house in less than 10 minutes
They come seasonally to change your air filters, but they give plenty of notice.
The staff is the 1 reason I cant say enough good about the complex Any problem or issue that you have, they are fast to help out. They know you by name, and they truly care.
