|Recommended: YesRecent Move In - Love It So Far — Haven't lived here very long, but love it so far. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of within a day or two and the man that took care of emergency maintenance on the weekend was GREAT Office staff are friendly and don't mind answering any questions you have for them. Have nice neighbors and hear very little through the walls and I mean very little - mostly quiet . Would recommend Gray Haven anytime.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Affordable Spacious Kid And Pet Friendly Living Community — This is a real nice place to live. The houses are spacious as well as the yards. Everything you need in regards to shopping is in close proximity. The schools are good if you have children

I will recommend people to move in if they are looking for a place to rent out. They are pet friendly, they provide fence yard for the pets kids and the community is very quiet. We love it here. We aren't plan on moving out in long time because we found the place we love like a home.
